The Head of Sales – Engineering Services will lead the growth of a £30M Engineering Services Business Unit within Europe's largest supplier of industrial MRO products and services, operating across 750+ locations in 24 countries.
Reporting to the Managing Director, this national role will lead a team of 5–20 and be accountable for driving profitable revenue growth across multiple sales channels. The position focuses on delivering strategic, high-value opportunities across rotating equipment repair, turnkey installation and commissioning, intervention testing, and reliability services.
This is a senior leadership role requiring a balance of commercial strategy, technical expertise, and team development, ensuring the right mix of new installations vs repair work, and in-house vs third party execution to maximise growth while managing risk and capacity.
