The Role:
Provide vital 1:1 and small group support to students with diverse Special Educational Needs. You'll help implement IEPs, adapt materials, and foster an inclusive learning space.
What We Need:
* Proven experience supporting children with SEN.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Proactive, adaptable, and understanding of safeguarding.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Bonus: Relevant qualifications (e.g., TA L2/3), experience with Makaton/PECS, or behaviour management.
