Our organization fosters a positive and inclusive environment, valuing and supporting every team member. The Supported Living Manager role is key to advancing our services supporting adults with learning disabilities.
The Role
1. Manage daily operations of the supported living service for approximately 9 individuals.
2. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and uphold high standards of care.
3. Lead, mentor, and develop support staff to deliver exceptional care.
4. Conduct assessments and reviews of service users' needs and progress.
5. Develop and implement personalized support plans with service users and families.
6. Manage budgets and resources effectively for financial sustainability.
7. Build positive relationships with stakeholders, including families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals.
8. Promote safeguarding and ensure the safety and well-being of all service users.
9. Drive continuous improvement within the service.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Proven managerial experience in adult services, preferably in a leadership role.
2. Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
5. Experience in developing and implementing care/support plans.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
7. Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care, ideally Level 3 or higher.
8. Understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
9. The role is permanent, over 37.5 hours/week, with flexibility for shifts and some weekend work. Typically Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
