Are you an Order Management Specialist looking to join a leading organisation and make a significant impact?
We have a 12-month fixed-term contract that offers a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to thrive. You will be instrumental in supporting the Order Management team across all areas of the business.
Responsibilities :
Manage order validation processes, including PO checks, holds, aging orders, order line releases, and corrections.
Work with customers to improve the accuracy of order form data.
Help set up and maintain a ticketing system for Order Management.
Support quote creation, invoicing, and general order administration.
Offer guidance on order management tasks and resolve intricate order issues.
Participate in efforts to refine and improve the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
Skills :
Highly organised with strong analytical abilities.
Extremely detail-oriented.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise work and handle multiple assignments.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM or ERP platforms is beneficial.
