Salary: £42,500 - 45,000 per year Requirements:
* We are looking for candidates who possess a combination of the following skills:
* Experience with Cisco voice technologies.
* Strong understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323), QoS, and VLANs.
* Experience with Cisco CUBE, Webex, and Cisco Emergency Responder (CER) is advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
* Certifications such as CCNA Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration, or CCIE Collaboration would be desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities:
* As a Cisco Voice Engineer on our pioneering technology team, you will:
* Design, configure, and maintain Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, and related voice systems.
* Install and support Cisco voice gateways, routers, and switches.
* Manage SIP trunking, dial plans, and call routing.
* Provide Tier 3 support for voice-related incidents and service requests.
* Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration.
* Monitor system performance and implement optimizations.
* Maintain documentation and contribute to project planning and delivery.
