Duties of the Paint Technician / Sprayer role:
13. Applying primer, base coat, and clear coat to vehicles to the highest industry standards
14. Preparing surfaces thoroughly to ensure flawless paint finishes
15. Maintaining and calibrating paint equipment to ensure ongoing high performance
16. Adhering strictly to health and safety protocols and environmental guidelines
17. Collaborating with colleagues to meet project timelines and quality standards
18. Ensuring all work is completed to quality expectations and within set deadlines
Candidate requirements:
19. Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer or Paint Technician in an automotive bodyshop setting
20. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality work
21. Efficient organiser with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
22. Good team player with excellent communication skills
23. Full driving licence preferred but not essential
24. Knowledge of the latest painting techniques and protocols
