Wrockwardine is a supported living service in Telford providing specialist support for up to 13 adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.

What you’ll be doing:
* You'll support on a 1-1 basis and promote independence.
* You will support the people who live with us in accessing the community.
* You will work to maintain a high standard of support that is required for the service needs.
* Will involve personal care.
* You will be happy to take part in the chosen activities of the people who live with us.
Who you are:
* You will have a minimum of 6 months of experience in a social care setting.
* You can work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise work.
* You are exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, both internally and externally.
* You have the ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure.
* You are a quick learner, hands on and willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
* You are flexible with the ability to cover a variety of shifts and can work weekends and bank holidays.
