* Deliver comprehensive training and ongoing education to healthcare teams on product utilization, data management, and reporting capabilities.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to clinical data systems, working closely with IT and clinical staff.
* Analyze client usage patterns and reporting needs to optimize system performance and user satisfaction.
* Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and drive continuous product improvement.

* Proven experience in perfusion or related clinical specialty.
