<div><p>Description</p><p><b>Residential Therapist/Case Manager</b></p><p><b>Root House</b></p><p><b>Full-Time, 40 Hours/ Week</b></p><p><b>Salary dependent on Licensure:</b></p><p><b>CDCA $21.00-$23.00/Hour</b></p><p><b>LPC $52,000-$55,000/Year</b></p><h3>GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES</h3><p>To provide a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic services, including individual and group therapy, to residential clients with substance use disorders. Must complete all related documentation in a timely manner as defined by counseling department requirements.</p><h3>ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES</h3><ol><li>Assess and diagnose residential clients that have a substance use disorder</li><li>Develop, implement, and update Individual Service Plans as defined in the State of Ohio and FCS regulations.</li><li>Provide individual, group, and/or family counseling to residential clients.</li><li>Maintain client records in accordance with the State of Ohio regulations and FCS policy/procedure.</li><li>At a minimum, achieve and maintain the Agency’s established productivity standards.</li><li>Make referrals to other services within the community and within the Agency as indicated.</li><li>Maintain current knowledge of all applicable FCS policies/procedures and function according to these standards.</li><li>Comply with COA regulations, federal and state requirements, and educational/certification/registry requirements.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ol><h3>QUALIFICATIONS</h3><p>Requirements</p><ol><li>An Associate’s degree or relevant experience. Must have a minimum of High School Diploma/GED.</li><li>Must hold a minimum of CDCA, LICDC, LPC, LPCC, LSW or LISW licensure from the State of Ohio.</li><li>Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and meet agency requirements for driving insurability.</li><li>Must be able to meet agency requirements for criminal background check.</li></ol><h3>MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL/LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS</h3><p>An active Ohio-issued CDCA, LICDC, LPC, LPCC, LSW, or LISW is required, along with a minimum of an associate degree or relevant work experience in the field.</p></div>
