A Manufacturing client of ours in the Bury St Edmunds area is looking for a Temporary Shipping Administrator to join their team ASAP for at least a month but this could be extended. This is a full-time, office-based role, working Monday to Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm and Friday 8:00am-12:30pm, with a salary negotiable based on experience. Your key duties in this Shipping Administrator role will include but are not limited to: Coordinating the distribution of finished goods according to the daily shipping schedule Preparing and compiling shipping documentation for both UK and international consignments Booking collections and creating shipping labels in line with carrier requirements Communicating with customers, freight forwarders, and third-party carriers Managing proof of delivery (POD) records and assisting with invoicing tasksSkills and Experience required to be considered for this role: Background in shipping, logistics, or dispatch Excellent organisational and communication skills Confident using shipping software and handling documentation Understanding of international shipping compliance and customs processesIf you feel like you meet the above criteria & would like to be considered for this Shipping Admin position, please apply with your CV and Laura at Prime Appointments will be in touch. #officejobs...
