Mechanical Services Design Manager, Northampton, £80K, plus car/allowance We are working with a leading design and build contractor to appoint an experienced Mechanical Services Design Manager to support a strong and growing pipeline of large-scale residential, student accommodation, and hotel developments. This is a senior role suited to a technically strong mechanical professional who can lead design delivery across complex, high-value projects from pre-construction through to completion. The Role As Mechanical Services Design Manager, you will take ownership of the mechanical design function across multiple design and build schemes, ensuring technical quality, buildability, and commercial alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
