What You’ll Be Doing
As the company’s go-to Estimator, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping project success by:
* Interpreting drawings and specifications to deliver accurate, reliable estimates.

* Building strong supplier relationships, sourcing the best quotes, and negotiating competitive terms.
* Developing bids and proposals that win business and maintain profitability.
* Partnering with architects, engineers, and clients to provide expert cost guidance.
* Tracking and monitoring budgets to keep projects on time and on target.
Your work will directly influence the success of projects while strengthening the reputation of a trusted construction leader.
About You
* You’ll be a detail-driven professional who can see the bigger picture.
* Chartered (or working towards it) with at least 2 years in estimating.
* Confident in construction methods, materials, and industry practices.
* Skilled in using estimating software and digital tools.
* A strong communicator and negotiator who thrives on collaboration.
* Based locally (or keen to relocate) to Bridgnorth HQ — where the company’s heritage and future meet.
Why Join?
Along with a competitive salary and performance-linked bonus, you’ll enjoy:
* Annual bonus scheme tied to both personal performance and company growth.
* Mileage allowance for client visits.
* The chance to be part of a well-established, respected manufacturer shaping some of the UK’s most recognisable builds.
