MB are partnering with a marketing-leading wholesale business, looking for a Contract Bid Manager. This is a permanent role based in Scotland.

We’re looking for a talented Contract Bid Manager to lead our tender process, shape our commercial growth strategy, and help us unlock new Foodservice opportunities. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, competitive environment — combining analytical rigour with creativity and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the preparation and submission of all tender proposals.
* Collaborate with the Contract Management team to develop growth strategies and build a comprehensive database of future business opportunities.
* Maintain and manage a professional library of contractual and bid-related documents in line with company standards and objectives.
* Drive a robust bid management process to streamline tender submissions and unlock new opportunities.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers when the Contract Management team is unavailable.
* Develop strategies to maximise business opportunities through existing framework agreements.
* Work cross-functionally across the business to promote the Foodservice contract division and ensure its priorities are represented across the wider organisation.
* Prepare and submit tender proposals in a professional, accurate, and timely manner to secure new business opportunities.
* Build and maintain regional opportunity trackers to support proactive business development.
* Develop and manage a central library of contract and tender documentation.
* Collaborate with trading and commercial teams to create tailored product ranges that align with specific customer needs and segments.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in the price-sensitive Foodservice supply or retail market.
* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Solid understanding of the tendering process and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Demonstrated experience in database management and bid writing.
* Highly proficient in IT, including PowerPoint, Excel, and general Microsoft Office applications.
