Customer Service Advisor
Glossify is a professional-only nail brand founded in 2019 by women with over twenty years of experience in the nail and beauty industry. Since then we have gone from strength to strength, paving the way for fresh ideas, products and services that are made for nail technicians, by nail technicians. We pride ourselves on being relatable, reliable and transparent.
We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Act as the go-to person for all knowledge on Glossify products
* Answer all Glossify enquiries across email and social media on products, stock, application and orders
* Ensure any product or brand queries on the Glossify community pages are replied to or passed to the relevant team
* Forwarding or flagging any issues being raised across platforms in a structured way to higher management
* Representing the brand to a high standard through expert communications with customers
* Answer customer queries on development calls
* Support on external events where required, interacting with our customers face-to-face
Must have:
* Experience handling customer service enquiries
* Be self-sufficient
* Ability to use G-Suite proficiently
* Have worked in an office environment previously
Nice to haves:
* Passion for the beauty industry
* Have been a nail technician or have an understanding of the industry
* Experience using customer support software
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will be empowered to implement change and processes. Along with working freely, to make your mark on the business.
Working hours:
20 hours a week (with the opportunity for extra hours during busy periods)
Monday - Friday | 9am - 1pm (start time flexible)
(Monday to Thursday in office / Friday from home)
