The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and enable high-performing teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives. * Coach teams on Agile practices and Scrum principles. * Support Product Owners with backlog management and prioritization. * Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery. * Monitor sprint progress and report key metrics (velocity, burndown, release forecasts). * Promote continuous improvement and a culture of collaboration and innovation. * Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage cross-team dependencies.
