Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect to design, deliver, and govern scalable integrations across a growing SaaS ecosystem. You will play a strategic role in connecting cloud applications, data platforms, and enterprise systems, ensuring secure, reliable, and high‑performing integrations aligned with business objectives.
This role combines hands‑on technical expertise, architecture leadership, and stakeholder collaboration, and is well‑suited to someone who enjoys solving complex integration challenges in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and own end‑to‑end integration architectures for SaaS and enterprise systems
2. Define integration patterns (API‑led, event‑driven, batch, real‑time) and best practices
3. Architect secure, scalable, and resilient integrations using middleware and iPaaS platforms
4. Lead the integration strategy across internal systems and third‑party SaaS products
5. Collaborate with engineering, product, security, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
6. Produce and maintain architecture documentation, diagrams, and standards
7. Guide development teams on implementation approaches and conduct design reviews
8. Ensure integrations meet performance, availability, and compliance requirements
9. Evaluate and recommend integration technologies, tools, and platforms
10. Support incident resolution and continuous improvement of integration services
Required Skills & Experience
11. Proven Experience as an Integration Architect, Solutions Architect, or Senior Integration Engineer
12. Strong hands‑on Experience integrating SaaS applications in cloud environments
13. Deep understanding of API design (REST / GraphQL) and integration patterns
14. Experience with iPaaS or middleware platforms ( MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, Workato, SnapLogic)
15. Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
16. Understanding of authentication and security (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect)
17. Experience with event‑driven architectures, messaging, and streaming ( Kafka, Service Bus, SNS/SQS)
18. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues
19. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
20. Experience working in a product‑led SaaS organisation
21. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
22. Exposure to data integration, ETL, and analytics platforms
23. Experience defining enterprise integration standards and governance
24. Cloud or integration certifications (AWS, Azure, MuleSoft, etc.)
