Cyber GRC Assessor
Location: London / Coventry. Contract: Permanent. Full-time, 35 hours per week. Reporting to: Cyber Security Manager. Salary: London £53,833 – £60,000 (dependent on experience); Coventry £47,470 – £53,000.
What You’ll Do
* Assess and report on cyber risk, focusing on people, processes and technology.
* Ensure the organisation’s cybersecurity meets legal, regulatory and internal standards.
* Audit security measures internally and across the supply chain.
* Identify gaps, recommend improvements and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to strengthen the Cyber Risk Framework.
Minimum Criteria
* Bachelor’s degree in information security, cyber security, computer science or equivalent professional experience.
* Proven experience conducting internal assessments or audits in the cyber security or IT domain.
* Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks, compliance standards and regulations.
* Experience conducting third‑party risk assessments and evaluating associated products.
What You’ll Bring
* Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM or equivalent.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to document findings clearly.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple assessments simultaneously.
* Ability to interpret and apply legal and industry guidelines related to cyber security.
