You ll gain hands-on experience in: Conducting research to support strategic goals Analysing and interpreting data to find meaningful insights Communicating findings clearly, producing case studies and other business collateral Tracking trends and emerging practices in healthcare Providing general research and admin support to the team What you ll gain: Enrolment in the Level 3 Social Researcher Apprenticeship A nationally recognised qualification Practical skills in research methods, data analysis, and communication Career-building experience in a purpose-driven organisation Ongoing support, mentorship, and learning opportunities What we re looking for: Essential: GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 94 / A*C or equivalent) Naturally curious, analytical, and eager to learn A clear communicator, both written and verbal Well-organised with great attention to detail Able to work independently and within a team Calm under pressure and adaptable to change Genuinely interested in healthcare, social research, and making a difference A full driving licence Desirable: A degree in Social Science, Public Health, Business, or a related field At least 6 months experience in an admin, project support, or junior research role Basic understanding of research methods and tools Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Why Join One Medical Group?
