Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity. Prepare and submit statutory filings and reports, such as PAYE and National Insurance. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate payroll inputs. Assist in streamlining and improving payroll processes. Support the team with ad hoc payroll-related tasks as required. Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information.Profile A successful Payroll Coordinator should have: Experience in payroll processing, preferably within the life science or similar industry.
