Assistant Tax Manager, M&A Tax
Manchester
£40,000 - £50,000 + Hybrid working + Bonus

We are currently working with a leading Big 4 M&A Deals tax team who are looking to expand their regional teams with Assistant Manager level appointments across the North, specifically Manchester & Glasgow.

Your new role:
* You'll be involved in the full Lifecyle of a deal getting involved in M&A, business recovery and real estate.
* Working with a diverse and national client base supporting high profile multi-national organisations, Private Equity backed business, starts ups and Owner managed businesses.
* Buy side & sell side due diligence projects
* Business development activities, getting involved in supporting the wider team with new business
* Work closely with more junior members of staff, helping develop, mentoring and coaching.
What you'll need to be successful:
* Either CTA, ACA, ACCA or ICAS qualified
* Exposure to M&A / Deals tax
* Strong work ethic and a passion for deals tax
* Sound corporate tax knowledge
