Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets.
Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop the sales team to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
* Demonstrate proven leadership, coaching and business management skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management and the leadership of a high-performing team.
* Maintain total accountability for creating and executing the store plan and driving performance as the Chief Executive Officer of your store.
* Be an ambitious self-starter with a flair for business planning and a passion for coaching others to reach their full potential; view this role as a stepping stone to a long-term career with a leader in prestige beauty.
* Gain exposure to business planning, consumer insights, event management, customer relationship management and front-line marketing to build all-around skills for progression within the Beauty Industry, with opportunities for progression and development.

* Working knowledge of computerised systems including email and Microsoft Excel.
