Eaton Syalon are working with a growing technology business to recruit a First Line Support Advisor to join their team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their IT career whether this is your first role in tech or youve already got some experience and want to build on it.
Youll be joining a supportive, hands-on environment, gaining exposure to networks, cloud systems, and real-world technical support.
What Youll Be Doing
Providing first-line support to customers via phone and email
Troubleshooting basic IT, network and connectivity issues
Escalating more complex technical problems to senior engineers
Supporting customers with communication and system queries
Keeping customers updated and delivering great service
Working closely with internal teams and external partners
Assisting with basic data centre and on-site support tasks
Following processes to resolve issues efficiently
Supporting site/security checks during out-of-hours shifts
What Were Looking For
A genuine interest in IT or technology
Strong communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude
Someone who is keen to learn, develop and grow
Basic IT or networking knowledge (even from college, hobbies or self-learning)
Comfortable working shift patterns (including nights and weekends)
Organised and able to manage your workload
