Job description: Lunch Cover. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified Early Years Educator to join our expanding nursery team. Rothbury Kindergarten and the Early Learning Partnership Nurseries have an excellent reputation within the local community for high quality childcare and are looking for someone with experience of working with children aged 12 weeks to 5 years to help with lunch covers.
Requirements
* Level 3 Practitioner to join Rothbury Kindergarten
* Level 3 or equivalent childcare qualification (required)
* Good understanding of the EYFS and awareness of new requirements (required)
* Experience working in a nursery setting (preferred)
Responsibilities and expectations
We are currently looking to recruit Nursery Practitioners to work at Rothbury Kindergarten. The ideal candidate will have a warm, welcoming manner and the ability to engage with young children. You will be comfortable participating in imaginative play, including pretend play activities (e.g., pretending to eat play-dough creations and drinking pretend tea). You should be able to count and monitor groups of children with care and focus on creating a fun, supportive environment that fosters learning and development.
