A very well‑established East Anglia firm is looking for a senior solicitor to head up their private client department at their Lowestoft office.
Responsibilities
* Head and manage the private client team.
* Manage your own premium caseload of complex, high‑value matters for ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients.
* Draft intricate wills, advise on and establish family investment companies, create and manage UK and offshore trust structures, and provide strategic inheritance tax mitigation advice.
* Lead on estates with significant assets, cross‑border elements, trusts, business property, and agricultural relief issues.
* Advise trustees and beneficiaries on all aspects of trust creation, administration, variation, and termination.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years’ post‑qualification experience (PQE) in wills & probate work.
