Main Duties * Regularly review, develop, and monitor the curriculum and activities. * Ensure the safety and well-being of children, maintaining appropriate records. * Work as part of a team to deliver nurturing/recreational activities. * Implement effective health and safety procedures. * Assess, record, and report on children's development, progress, and attainment. * Promote positive relationships between all adults and children. * Ensure parents/carers are well informed of their children's progress. * Monitor children for potential language delays or special needs and discuss concerns with the SENCO. * Comply with all OFSTED requirements and nursery policies
