Your role:
Working within a creative and friendly Early Intervention team, you’ll have a busy yet fulfilling role assessing adults who are experiencing difficulty with their daily living tasks. You’ll be looking for ways to improve their independence, wellbeing and quality of life. Through your assessment you’ll recommend support from a range of solutions including a Reablement programme, suitable equipment, adaptations and assistive technology devices. You’ll help people to focus on their existing skills, knowledge and experience to help them achieve really positive outcomes for themselves. By offering the right initial support you’ll be an important link for the people you’re working with.
About you:
You’re going to be a people person who thrives on working closely with others and enjoys helping to make a difference to people’s lives. You may not have done this role before, yet you’ll have the attributes we’re looking for kindness and compassion, passion and creativity, determination and develop a commitment to the team and the people you’re helping. You’ll also be able to be flexible with your time when needed, and like most jobs, be great at spinning those plates. If you’ve also got a friendly and warm personality and a keenness to learn. You will hold a current HCPC registration.
