What you'll do:
* Lead resident engagement for planned improvement works across our estates
* Organise events, consultations, and surveys to ensure resident voices are heard
* Champion social value and build strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders
* Be the first point of contact for residents, supporting them through decant and rehousing processes
* Collaborate across teams to deliver shared goals and improve neighbourhoods
What you'll bring:
* Experience in customer service and resident engagement
* Strong communication and partnership-building skills
* Knowledge of social housing, decanting, and rehousing principles
* Ability to manage competing demands and work flexibly
* A clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
