Customer Service Advisor – Sheffield
At Steer Automotive Group, we believe in doing things properly – delivering outstanding service, embracing innovation, and acting with integrity in everything we do. We’re proud to support drivers across Sheffield, and we’re now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly, fast-paced repair centre.
This is a front-of-house role where you’ll be the first person customers speak to and the one who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From the moment a customer contacts us to the day they collect their vehicle, you’ll make sure their experience is professional, reassuring and hassle-free.
What you’ll be doing
14. Welcoming customers in person and over the phone
15. Booking in repairs and arranging vehicle drop-offs and collections
16. Keeping customers updated on the progress of their repairs
17. Working closely with technicians, insurers and suppliers
18. Dealing with questions or concerns quickly and professionally
19. Keeping records accurate and up to date
What we’re looking for
20. Experience in customer service or administration (automotive experience is a bonus, not a must)
21. A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys helping people
22. Someone who stays calm, organised and positive in a busy environment
23. Good IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
24. A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
