Practice/Office Manager (Part-Time)

Bangor (BT20)

Salary Negotiable DOE

McKinty Associates are delighted to be working with rapidly expanding accountancy practice who have an immediate need for an experienced Practice/Office Manager to join their busy team on a Part-Time Basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced accountancy firm in a varied role, managing the daily office operations, overseeing workflow and client management.

Key Duties:

1. Manage the daily office operations
2. Supporting the team with general administration
3. Typing various documents and electronic information
4. Accurate data entry, filing and record keeping, updating and storing of documents
5. Maintaining and updating the client management database / CRM systems
6. Reporting – performance, workflow and client chargeable time etc
7. Acting as a point of contact for all client enquiries – supporting existing clients
8. Communicating with clients by phone, email and letter
9. Onboard new clients, creating engagement packs etc
10. Personal Assistant duties to the Managing Director / Assist with Company Secretarial duties
11. Identify opportunities to improve processes to enhance efficiency
12. Managing your own workload and diary
13. Relevant ad-hoc administration duties as required

Essential Criteria:

14. Previous experience in administration and client support, ideally within an accounting or financial services environment.
15. Strong proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
16. Excellent communicator and able to build relationships and rapport.
17. Strong attention to detail.
18. Self-motivated and results orientated.
19. Problem solving skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
20. Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to improving efficiencies and workflow.
21. Familiarity with basic accounting and Company Secretarial duties is an advantage.
