Job Description
3. Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
4. Support managers with employee relations and case management.
5. Ensure compliance with employment laws and organisational policies.
6. Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
7. Manage recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate selection.
8. Oversee onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
9. Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as required.
10. Contribute to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim HR Advisor should have:
11. A strong understanding of HR practices and employment law.
12. Experience in handling complex employee relations matters.
13. Work at pace and autonomy.
14. The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
15. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
16. A professional qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
17. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
