* Leading and mentoring a team of four to five Equine and Farm vets
* Driving business development and maintaining service quality across the department
* Working closely with Small Animal Clinical Directors and the Practice Manager on wider practice strategy
* Identifying opportunities to innovate and expand the services provided within the department
