What will you be doing?
As a Digital Media Content Creator your duties and responsibilities will be (but not limited to):
* Provides technical expertise and output in capturing / creating / editing videos and photography to support the wider implementation of the NOCN Group Marketing Strategy.
* Support the wider marketing and communications team in executing effective and timely campaigns and activities through a range of digital media outputs .
* Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
* Create graphics and edit photos, working with the internal marketing team to fulfil external and internal marketing and communication campaigns and activities.
* Maintain, and recommend new shoots, for a comprehensive video and photography library for the NOCN Group.
* Uphold the brand narrative guide through producing and advising on coherent, creative and visually impactful content across internal and external digital content.
About you...
The successful candidate will need to meet the following ‘must have’ criteria:
* Level 2 or higher in Literacy and Numeracy.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital content delivery.
* Evidence of continuing professional development.
* Strong copywriting skills.
* Video capture and editing – particularly for digital communication channels.
* Photography capture and editing.
* Graphic design and asset creation (GIFs / Animation).
* Experience as a social media content creator, particularly with video reels.
* Strong storytelling skills and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
* Working knowledge of Adobe Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Premier Pro and Canva OR equivalents.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and of CRM systems and Outlook to intermediate level.
Other ‘useful to have’ criteria includes:
* Degree or equivalent in a related subject such as marketing, communications, digital media, content and journalism.
* Level 4 Certificate / Diploma in Content Creation, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing OR equivalent.
* Working knowledge of the Education and skills sector.
