Cornwall Council is seeking a qualified and experienced Principal Social Worker to join their Family Help Team based in Redruth. Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and expert guidance within the Family Help Team
Support complex casework and decision-making to ensure high standards of practice
Contribute to service development and continuous improvement
Promote a culture of reflective practice and learning
Work collaboratively with partners to deliver effective interventions

Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration
Significant experience in children and families social work
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
