Hiring: People & Culture Advisor
Location: Knutsford, Cheshire
Our client is looking for an experienced People & Culture Advisor to join a fast-paced and collaborative HR team supporting a dynamic workforce across multiple studio locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with managers and employees on employee relations matters including conduct, grievances, capability, absence management, and flexible working
* Support disciplinary investigations, PIPs, wellbeing initiatives, and occupational health cases
* Provide coaching and guidance to line managers on HR best practices and people management
* Manage leave processes including maternity, paternity, parental, and emergency leave requests
* Analyse absence trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve attendance and wellbeing
* Collaborate with legal, payroll, HR teams, and business stakeholders to ensure policy compliance and process improvements
* Support HR projects, training initiatives, and continuous improvement activities
Requirements:
* Strong HR generalist background with proven employee relations experience
* CIPD qualification desirable
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills
* Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and HR reporting tools
* Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
