Purpose of the Role
To lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of a new property management system implementation to replace the existing platform. The role will ensure a smooth transition through effective project management, stakeholder engagement, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support, aligning with business objectives across residential, commercial, and development portfolios.
A key focus will be managing the integration of the new system with HubSpot CRM, finance systems, and reporting tools, including oversight of developers working on APIs and data connectivity.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
* Develop and manage the project plan, timelines, budgets, and risk registers.
* Drive end-to-end system implementation, including design, build, testing, training, and rollout.
* Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and operational needs.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Act as the central point of contact between internal teams (finance, asset management, property management, IT, marketing/CRM) and external suppliers.
* Coordinate workshops to capture requirements and translate into system configuration.
* Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and project steering groups.
