Salary: £40,000-£55,000 basic + uncapped £20,000-£40,000 bonus

The Role
As a Capital Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving new business and growing accounts across the Midlands, Yorkshire & Northeast. You will sell a portfolio of advanced surgical imaging systems, working closely with surgeons, consultants, theatre managers, and procurement teams in both NHS and private hospitals.
This is a consultative, solution-led role with full product training provided. Your success will come from your ability to uncover opportunities, build strong relationships, and close new business.
Experience
We are looking for ambitious sales professionals with:
· 3-5 years of successful sales experience
· Experience selling capital equipment into hospitals/theatres OR B2B capital sales with a strong new business focus
· A proven track record of exceeding sales targets
· Drive, resilience, and excellent communication skills
· Full UK driving licence
Medical sales experience is an advantage, but not essential - attitude, hunger, and new business ability are what matter most.
Package
· Basic salary: £40,000-£55,000 (DOE)
· Uncapped bonus: £20,000-£40,000
