At DerbyMoor Spencer Academy, we take great pride in the facilities that we offer ourstudents. Our school was re-built in 2013 and now features a welcoming entranceplaza, state of the art technology and a diverse range of learning spaces andsports facilities.

We areseeking to appoint an individual to:

* To provide efficient and effective sitemanagement to the Academy ensuring the security, maintenance, cleanliness andgeneral appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas are maintained inaccordance with the Spencer Academies Trust standards.
* To assist the Principal & the TrustEstates and Facilities Team to set the maintenance budget and future plans. TheFacilities Manager will have delegated responsibility for premises decisionsfollowing appropriate discussion with the Principal or Trust Estates andFacilities Team.
* To provide effective line management of thesite and out of hours staff, to liaise with contract cleaning and the cateringas appropriate to ensure agreed SLA’s are maintained.
* To oversee the lettings of the Academyincluding all sports facilities and school spaces, ensuring the SLA’s andnecessary Health and Safety, Fire Precautions are met.
* As part of the Spencer Academies Trust you maybe required to work flexibly across the Trust sites in agreement with the TrustEstates and Facilities Team.
