Our client, a leading design and manufacturer of catering supplies, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Controller Team Leader to join their finance team. This is a key role that supports the financial strength of the business through effective credit management, people leadership, and stakeholder collaboration. Key responsibilities for a Credit Controller Team Leader: * Manage debtor accounts and ensure customers pay to term * Maximise aged debt collection and minimise credit risk * Process incoming funds and maintain account reconciliations * Lead one-to-ones and support team development * Deliver ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training * Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to support business growth and account management Key Skills and experience for a Credit controller Team Leader: * Experience in using SAP (S4 Hana) * Strong leadership and mentoring skills * Confident decision-maker with strong organisational skills * Experience managing or supporting HR processes is desirable * Able to handle ledgers in excess of £5 million Key benefits for a Credit Controller: * Contributory Pension * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Dress Down Days * Staff Events If you're looking for an exciting opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
