About the Role
As Logistics Team Lead, you will provide hands‑on leadership in a fast‑paced logistics environment, overseeing a team responsible for the accurate and timely handling of products and equipment from receipt through to storage and dispatch. You will motivate, coach, and develop team members, ensuring high performance and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Alongside managing daily operations across shipping, receiving, fulfilment, and distribution, you will bring experience in leading and implementing change within the workplace, driving process improvements and embedding efficient ways of working to enhance overall team performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate a team in processing equipment and accessories efficiently and accurately.
* Act as the first point of contact for operational queries and escalations, resolving issues promptly to maintain workflow and team productivity.
* Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching and support to drive high standards and continuous improvement.
* Ensure proper handling, receiving, shipping, and stocking of equipment and accessories, following company policies and procedures.
* Perform and oversee administrative and physical tasks related to logistics operations, maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For
* Demonstrable experience leading or supervising a team, with the ability to motivate, develop, and drive performance.
* Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and resolving team issues.
