You’llbeworkingaspartofacollaborativeandsupportiveComplianceteamwithinagrowinggroupoflegal,financial,andpropertybusinesses.
Whatyou’llbedoing:
* ConductinginternalIDauditstoensureAMLandKYCcompliance
* ReviewingSourceofFunds(SOF)andrespondingtorelatedqueriesfromoperationalteams
* HandlingAMLandKYCqueries,escalatinghigher-riskmatterswhereappropriate
* SupportingthepreparationandsubmissionofSuspiciousActivityReports(SARs)totheNationalCrimeAgency
* WorkingtowardsindependentlyreviewingandsigningoffSOFfiles(withtrainingandsupport)
* EnsuringcompliancewithGDPRanddataprotectionregulationsacrosstheGroup
* Maintainingaccuratecompliancerecordsandsupportingauditpreparation
* Assistingwithinternalaudits,regulatoryinspections,andannualreviews
* Supportingwidercomplianceprojectsandinitiatives
* Keepinguptodatewithregulatorychangesandindustrybestpractice
Requirements
