Job Title: Regional BIM Manager Location : London Contract Type : Permanent Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 per annum Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional BIM Manager to lead and develop BIM capability across multiple building services projects within the region. This role is ideally suited to an experienced BIM professional with a strong background in mechanical and electrical building services, who can drive coordination standards, support project teams, and ensure best practice BIM implementation across all stages of design and delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead BIM strategy and implementation across regional projects. Oversee MEP coordination using Revit MEP and associated BIM tools. Ensure projects adhere to BIM standards, protocols, and employer's information requirements (EIRs). Support and mentor BIM coordinators, technicians, and design teams. Manage clash detection processes and ensure effective resolution of coordination issues. Work closely with design managers, project managers, and delivery teams to optimise digital workflows. Drive continuous improvement in BIM processes, standards, and innovation. Represent the region in BIM leadership discussions and contribute to national digital strategy where required. Requirements Proven experience in a BIM leadership or senior coordination role within building services. Strong mechanical and electrical (MEP) background. Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP. Extensive experience managing MEP coordination and clash detection processes. Strong understanding of BIM Level 2 standards and digital construction methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and support teams across a regional portfolio.
