Client snapshot:
I am currently recruiting for an organisation specialising in support for those experiencing homelessness and mental health support needs. Their work is well recognised as they continue to expand across the UK. Having recently expanded services within Birmingham, they are now looking for an Administrative Coordinator to contribute to their high-quality service. Could that be you?
Vacancy Brief:
* Our client offers temporary roles with the potential to become permanent, providing opportunities for professional development within a growing service.
* Working hours are 37.50 per week, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, with occasional flexibility required.
* Location: Leicester, LE4.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media is required.
* Pay rate: £13.15 PAYE or £16.77 per hour Umbrella.
* A full UK driver’s license and access to a vehicle are preferable.
* An enhanced DBS check will be required.
Responsibilities:
* Managing administrative tasks such as managing cash flow, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, handling correspondence, maintaining records, ensuring compliance, and supporting Committee Members.
* Assisting with community activities, including food hubs and volunteer support.
* Coordinating travel, accommodation, and reservations for management committee members.
* Organising meetings, recording attendance, taking minutes, and maintaining member and officer registers.
This role requires adaptability and flexibility to handle diverse tasks and changing priorities.
