We are seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations within the not-for-profit sector. This temporary role, based 5 days on site in Birmingham city centre. Description Provide first-line IT support to new users for a non for profit organisation To be the first point of call to new members joining the organisation To assist on face to face on boarding Monitor and respond to support tickets, resolving issues promptly and escalating when necessary. Maintain accurate records of IT support activities and ensure compliance with organisational policies. Full training given Profile A successful IT Support professional should have: Proven experience in providing first line face to face IT support in a professional environment. Good presentation skills Proficiency in using and supporting commonly used operating systems and applications. An ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under minimal supervision.
