Act as the primary finance partner to Logistics and Central Functions, influencing decision-making through robust financial insight and constructive challenge
Lead monthly performance reviews, including KPI tracking and detailed cost variance analysis
Deliver scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
Identify and drive opportunities for cost efficiencies and process improvements
Support logistics-related projects, including capital investment appraisals and post-implementation reviews
Provide timely, accurate and insightful reporting to support business performance
Partner with operational stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, actionable insight
Lead and contribute to ad hoc projects as requiredAbout you
Proven experience in a finance business partnering role within a fast-paced environment
FMCG and/or logistics experience is desirable
Strong commercial acumen with the confidence to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
Strong understanding of management accounting, financial planning and reporting
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial data for non-finance audiences
