Security clearance or eligibility is mandatory. Responsibilities: Own the delivery, migration, and continuous improvement of Requirements Engineering capabilities. Lead the controlled transition from legacy RM tools to DOORS NG, ensuring safe coexistence, data quality uplift, and integration with MBSE, ALM, PLM, and Test. Define roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and implement governance, naming conventions, link semantics, and quality metrics. Enable full end-to-end traceability from stakeholder needs through verified and certified system capabilities. Manage vendors, suppliers, and cross-partner integrations to deliver scalable, compliant, and future-ready solutions.
