Job Description
As In-House Legal Counsel, varied responsibilities include:
1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents in alignment with business needs.
2. Provide legal counsel to the US and Canadian business and senior stakeholders on legal, compliance, regulatory matters, and risk mitigation strategies.
3. Collaborate with external counsel.
4. Contribute to drafting company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
5. Support the legal department in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.
