Overview of Role
Our CRM team is growing! We have a new Senior CRM Executive role within the Halfords CRM team focused on assisting with the creation and development of Group communications.
Working closely with the wider CRM team, Digital, Category, Trading and the Marketing Team you will contribute to a first-class CRM programme which communicates key messages to the right audience at the right time using the most relevant channel.
Key Accountabilities
* Deputise for the CRM Manager for all trading requirements. Support and develop the BAU schedule and help support Executives throughout the campaign lifecycle from conception through to execution.
* Be a super user of the CRM toolkit: Liveclicker, Marigold Content Designer and advocate of personalisation capabilities.
* Support CRM Executives with help, guidance, and problem-solving on projects.
* Own the BAU testing plan using the latest innovation and technology to create dynamic and highly personalised campaigns efficiently.
* Use segmentation techniques to target emails to the right customers, ensuring appropriate contact levels.
* Audit data to ensure customer behaviour is targeted appropriately, inbox deliverability is maximised, and ROI is optimised.
* Review email performance regularly and advise the business on CRM performance with fact-based recommendations.
* Ensure seamless execution of Group CRM across all channels, championing brand guidelines and tone of voice.
* Collaborate with creative agencies to optimise emails for accessibility, engagement, and brand consistency.
* Carry out competitor reviews to establish best-in-class email & CRM activity.
Key Skills & Experience
* Experience in a similar role; retail or services background is advantageous.
* Excellent organisational skills managing busy schedules and cross-functional relationships.
* Ability to work at pace on multiple campaigns ensuring timely delivery.
* Attention to detail and responsibility for work accuracy.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Problem-solving capabilities.
