Two HR Roles required immediately to work with our public sector client The Belfast Trust, located in Belfast, One Role is a HR Advisor Role with a pay rate of £19.10, The second role is an HR Administrator with pay rate of £13.57 These are temporary roles, full time posts for a minimum of 4 months, with possibility of extension. working 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. The successful candidates will have an immediate start. The main duties of HR Administrator will be providing administrative support to the HR team across Resourcing ,Payroll, employment Law, Attendance and Organisation Development. The HR Advisor Role role will be responsible for the day to day delivery of operational HR advice and Provide advice to Managers and staff on a range of routine HR&OD issues in accordance with HR&OD policy, procedure and protocol.
