Head of Customer Experience Salary: up to £70,000 DOE Location: National remit, with regular travel across England We are recruiting for a newly created Head of Customer Experience role with a growing, luxury care provider specialising in purpose-built nursing and dementia care. This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation at an exciting time of growth, with several new homes recently opened and further homes under development. This senior appointment will be responsible for hospitality and ancillary provision across the group, ensuring the delivery high quality person-centred care across all areas of operation. The Role As Head of Customer Experience you will lead the development and operational delivery of catering, housekeeping and hospitality services across a growing portfolio of care homes. You will work closely with senior leaders in operations to ensure that every home reflects the organisation's values and delivers a consistently high-quality experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement group-wide standards for catering, housekeeping and hospitality. Ensure all ancillary services support outstanding resident experience and person-centred care. Lead, support and develop teams, promoting a culture of quality and accountability. Collaborate with commissioning teams on new home openings, including workforce planning and service mobilisation. Ideal Candidate Profile Senior experience leading catering, housekeeping or hotel services across multi-site health, social care or hospitality environments. Strong understanding of operational service delivery, compliance and resident or customer experience. A collaborative leader who can influence, develop and inspire diverse teams.
