As a Course Leader in our successful and forward-thinking Business department, you will take the lead in delivering innovative and industry-relevant teaching across our provision, with a particular focus on leading and developing our Level 1 and Level 2 courses. You will support learners at these crucial early stages to build the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to progress successfully into higher levels of study, T Levels, Higher Education, or employment. Alongside this, you ll contribute to our broader FE, HE, and adult learning programmes, ensuring high-quality, engaging learning experiences that reflect current industry practice. You ll play a key role in shaping our curriculum to meet learner aspirations, industry needs, and awarding body standards. With a relevant Business qualification and a strong grasp of quality teaching systems, you ll inspire students at every stage of their journey.
